ive doen em both ways for years for different reasons,
but have come to the conclusion that puttin in the v
is better , and a couple in the flat at the edge.
its better cause the one in the flat holds up debri.
debri catches on the screws and piles up. i never thought of it but it would probably hold snow up too.
so i have been puttin em in the v for many years now.
yes it is harder to keep roof looking good.
cant screw em to tite, cant screw em to soft.
gives me somethint to yell at my guys about.
