can you beat 16% here in florida with a .83 mod rate with drug free and saftey credit?

I currently use a ppo and have been for 2 years now,was skeptical at first.But it was the best thing i ever did for comp and payroll.No more insurance company audits,no more extreme high comp rates,but mine does require a payroll of 100,000 a year to keep my rate.Which went from 65% to 32 % overnight it stressed me out paying that high rate for years

Cnage the businnes name rather than construction roofing whatever to industries know one knows what you are and since you have a ghost policy anyway since 90% use subs anyway and they must have the insurance whats the problem??
