I see you've built a portal so people stopping there are able to search the web instead of your site.

And your title 'Home' doesn't help any.
I didn't catch the meta tags either. No G verifier code.

Here is the problem,

a potential customer spends an average of 5 seconds on your main page before they decide if they like your company or not.

In the first 5 seconds, here is what they read:

"Welcome to Estes Roofing & Mores Website .We are located in Starkville,MS.I am new at this so please be forgiving."

Now... "new at this" meaning new at roofing? new at the internet? new at writing/typing? most people wont know which one (obviously you mean "new at website design")

Honestly, there are far too many errors, both grammatical, and spelling wise to point out. While you don't need to know how to write/spell in order to put on the best roof on the planet, its just an impression people get, and first impressions are VERY important.

Find someone with skills to re-write your introduction, and change a few little things on the page, and you will turn those daily hits, into daily calls. A wordsmith will be your best asset while finishing the site, and turning clicks into calls.

here ya go (feel free to copy/paste all or parts of this)

Welcome to Estes Roofing & More in Starkville, Ms.

Unlike most roofers in the area, we focus on quality rather than quantity. Offering top notch service and FREE estimates, we pride ourselves in being able to drive by your house in 25 years and say "we put that roof on!” The crew at Estes loves our own yards, that’s why we will leave yours looking even better than before we started.

One problem with most roofers is they do what we call "racking" shingles, which is running them straight up and down. This method is not only wrong, but voids ALL manufacturers’ warranties. We use the rule of "six up, six off" or "45” which is the CORRECT method of shingle installation. Many roofers fail to mention this because it takes longer, and cost them more money. As knowledgeable professionals, we also use ice and water shield in all valleys, pipe vent areas, around chimneys, and walls. Just to take it one step further, on every roof we replace, we remove all of the old nails to stop them from backing out over time due to the contraction and expansion of your decking. If this simple, but time consuming task is not completed, the nails backing out can eventually break the seal on your shingles. This is just a few of the steps we correctly follow while installing your new roof.

The following information will give you just a few of the many reasons why the most discriminating customers will choose Starkville's fastest growing roofing company.

First and foremost, we are the ONLY Shingle Master Company in the area. That means we are the only ones who can give you CertainTeed's SURE START 3 and 4 Star Guarantee! If that alone is not enough to convince you to use us, consider this:

* We offer a 10% discount on labor cost for senior citizens and churches.
* Estes Roofing is the ONLY CertainTeed certified company in the golden triangle.
* We pay special attention to your yard and landscaping.
* We itemize all charges on your estimates so you know what you’re paying for, while most companies only give you a bottom line price.
* We give free estimates, and inspections.
* Years of experience working with your insurance company to get the roof you deserve.
* All old nails are removed to prevent them from backing out.
* We re-nail all loose plywood decking.
* Use of proper technique of weaving valleys.
* Correct use of ice and water shield in all required areas.
* Focused on providing exceptional customer service.
* We do not compromise quality, and treat every home like it was our own.

There's 2 categories: Web design, and Web marketing. Even if you develop a nice looking site, you still need traffic. I see you're listed in Google local business listings, but you're on the 2nd page. Add video to your listing to boost your position. and if you have a marketing buget consider investing in a very targeted Pay-Per-Click campaign to drive traffic to your site.

The fact that you named your website after the town you're in was a very good move.

Testimonials also are also key. There are 3 levels of testimonials: Typed, Hand written, and Video. You should be able to easily put up some typed testimonials. It shouldn't be that much harder to scan and insert some hand-written testimonials. Video testimonials can be time consuming or expensive if you hire someone, but definately worth it if you have the time or budget.
Here's what we've done. Not flashy, but it does the job.
