I hate to say it, but unless that 1/3 finished was the tear off, then he still should have noticed a lot of what was pictured.

Mobile home was re-roofed in first 1/4 of 2009; single story mobile home with 3T & 15# @ a 1/2 lap. None of the old felt was removed with 2 or 3 sheet ...

The most common homeowner scam I seem to come across is aided & abetted by roofers:

Reduced or 100% NO deductible.

The rest, outside of not paying a final amount due, is all negotiation.

The customer already has some soffit intake vents & supposedly they were properly baffled prior to the blow in on new attic insulation.

That's a base price, walkable, single story. Hand load is usually $ 1.00 per bun ...
