I have recently been contacted by a local home builder that wants estimates on roof, soffit, fascia, and eave for three new homes he is building. I am finding it difficult to get the required measurements to find a square footage for the roof. Does anyone have any expertise in this? I would be willing to email the blue prints and some compensation if someone is willing to help me out

I did not get the blueprints i have looked or them on both my computers can you please resend with all important info.
