They classify the actual jobs that you do, by SIC Code, (Standard Industrial Code), and at Audit time each time the policy gets checked out, they need to see what type of work you are doing.
If you told them you were doing carpentry work and only paid 8% of payroll and they found out that you were doing roofing work, then the audit would result in you owing the difference.
