need to make my own contrats forms...any help on this. i need some as a subcontractor and contractor.. had a roofing business that dint pay me an am over that but i need to protect my self from others..

You can find generic forms at Staples or do an online search. Best bet would be to have a lawyer draw one up.

i got about two contracts today using the staple forms and the customers where ok with it since i got them a roof a few months before with the company i use to work for... the told me i ws the reason they choose that roofing company and i was the key not the roofing nameof that company...but i really need to get some legal forms something that will keep me save and the home owners too..

call several contractors to your own house to get estimates.


ask them to leave a copy of their contract so you can "have your lawyer look it over" before you sign anything.


copy the one you like the best. Smile

thats a good idea...since i have to ask for a down payment when shingles get delivered to job sites i will put that on the contract and i will give home owners something to prof that they pay for materials..
