The felt, if it does not leak, due to inexperience from your friendly installers, will wind up getting very buckled and bumpy when the sun dries it out.
If it does, you should strongly consider ripping it off and doing it again, so it lays flat and dry, otherwise those lumps will Telegraph through the newly installed shingles and it will look like someone swept dirt clumps under the carpet and you will regret not doing it Right the first time.
If you have time and you are concerned about leaks, go and buy enough 20' x 30' blue tarps from Menard's or Home Depot or Lowe's and nail them at the perimeter edges to cover the felt.
It's probably too late for you to do that safely now though, so, enjoy staying up all night looking for rain drops coming through your drywall ceiling and walls.
Just be on the look out for water running down into an electrical outlet and shorting the electrical system out or starting a fire.
But, other than that, your probably okay.
Didn't anyone look at the Weather Forecast first?
The good thing if it does leak and damage occurs, is that your home owners insurance might cover some of the damage.
The bad thing is, that if they do have to, they will "Subrogate" the costs of the repairs against the responsible, or, irresponsible parties, sort of like suing them for the reimbursement.
I doubt that anyone considered getting a Rider on an Insurance Policy to cover the unexpected potential damages, did they? Or, did they already have some other company that they do business as, which carries General Liability Insurance?
Good Luck.
