I have a question for everyone!
I am dealing with a sarnafil roof up in Oshkosh, WI. What I am seeing is at the welded seam. Splitting of the material is occurring. You can see the reinforcement threads holding together but the thermoplactic product has failed right at the welded seam. Has anyone else come across this problem.

I have seen this with various membranes at the seam. Usually, this is caused by the outer tip of the auto welder dragging along the edge of the seam. This leaves an groove/indentation that eventually fails.

Check for this indentation.
