I just talked to http://www.geoestimator.com/ and I like what I see and hear. I asked if I could submit a roof I had just completed to see a comparison of the accuracy and he said no problem and no charge to check this out so I am going for it.
I will post the findings.

Just received my first GeoEstimator report and here is the comparison.

GeoEstimator........................Mine
Roofing 38.47 SF....................38.33 SF as built
Ridges 265.92 LF...................255 LF
Valley 126.96.......................130 LF
Starter 338.16......................342 LF

I am very happy with the results of GeoEstimator. The cost of this service would have been around $45.00. I got this estimate free to try them out since I had already did the roof a couple months ago.

I personally measured this roof it was a 10/12 pitch with several dormers and valleys. I would rather spend my time getting more business than crawling around on this roof with my cougar paws.
Great service I am happy as a little kid with a new toy.
