Thats some great information!

Being in the middle of a huge storm situation, and still signing up people for insurance proceeds (for almost a whole year now, and still plenty to go) sometimes I take for granted how customers think. I get so many people just sign up as soon as I step foot in their house, because I was the 4th company they called in a 2 week period, and I was the only roofer to actually show up.

While I'm glad that I dont have to jump through all the hoops you have outlined there, someday soon I may not be so lucky.

But until then, I'm going to keep doing the Indian Hail Dance!! Its storming right now in fact! LOL

WOW...this is great information. I am always trying to figure out new ideas to make our business to stand out from the rest.
I think the thing that stands out the most is the way you said job was done and you do not have closure on the job being completed.
Thank you again....for taking your time and sharing this information.
