    Experienced roofer needed that can VISUALLY identify a roof that
    needs to be replaced within the next 0-2 years, and can estimate within
    1-2 squares the size of the roof visually from the street.

    Here’s what you do:

    Hire someone to drive, or you drive and CLEARLY write down the house #, street
    , city, state, zip # of squares and take a photo of the house (we supply
    camera) and write the photo # next to the address.

    You then mail the filled in lead sheet (500 at a time) with the camera’s memory card to us. (we supply you with the memory cards)

    We pay you $1.00 - $1.50 for each Lead (address with photo), depending on the
    amount and accuracy of the leads you submit.

    Typically our current “mappers” are able to collect 150-300 leads per day.

    We will provide you with the ZIP CODES you need to canvass and the number of leads we want from each ZIP CODE.

    You set your own hours and speed.

    YOU MUST:
    -Be able to Identify a roof that needs replacement in the next 0-2 years.
    -Work a simple digital camera
    -Write CLEARLY and Legibly
    -Follow a map to know when you are crossing into a new zip code.
